Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses, Tuscan dishes

Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2021 - Poggio alle Mura - Magnum - Banfi expresses with elegance the essence of the Tuscan territory. This wine is born from selected Sangiovese grapes from the vineyards surrounding Montalcino, where the temperate climate and rich soils give uniqueness to the grape cluster. The aging, skillfully calibrated in French oak tonneaux, enhances freshness and structure, maintaining a perfect balance between soft tannins and vibrant fruity notes.

In the glass it shows a bright ruby red color, while on the nose it offers scents of cherry, raspberry and light spicy hints of black pepper and tobacco. The taste is harmonious and persistent, with a lively character, ideal for pairing with first courses based on meat sauce, roasts or aged cheeses. A Rosso di Montalcino that blends tradition and modernity, interpreting the denomination with class.
