Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses, Tuscan dishes

The Rosso di Montalcino DOC of Cupano is born in the heart of Tuscany, a territory famous for its winemaking tradition and vineyards exposed to the gentle hills of the southeast slope of Montalcino. Made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, this wine tells a story of balance and freshness, maintaining intact the typical character of the area's main grape variety.

The winemaking method involves controlled fermentation and aging in oak barrels, which give the wine an elegant structure and a pleasant tannic softness. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color, while the nose reveals aromas of cherry, plum, and light spicy notes that enhance its complexity. The sip is lively and harmonious, characterized by a well-balanced acidity that invites a quick second tasting.

Ideal paired with typical Tuscan dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar ragù or roasts, the Rosso di Montalcino of Cupano is a versatile wine that also pairs well with white meats and medium-aged cheeses, confirming its authentic and territorial nature.
