The Rosso di Montalcino "Ignaccio," produced by the Il Marroneto winery, stands out for its harmonious and refined nuances. This wine, hailing from the Tuscan hills of Montalcino, is crafted exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, meticulously selected from vineyards situated between 300 and 450 meters above sea level.

The traditional vinification process, followed by about 12 months of aging in oak barrels, imparts "Ignaccio" with a distinctive character that makes it immediately recognizable. On the nose, it opens with notes of ripe cherry, berries, and subtle hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate, it is balanced and velvety, with soft tannins that perfectly meld with a fresh acidity, leaving a pleasant gustatory persistence.

Ideal as an accompaniment to meat dishes, aged cheeses, and Tuscan cuisine, the Rosso di Montalcino "Ignaccio" from Il Marroneto is an excellent choice for lovers of robust yet elegant wines.
