Bron e Ruseval is produced with grapes from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon vines from the Bertinoro area, in the Maestrina vineyard. The soils have a north/northeast exposure, with a silty and clayey composition, and high active limestone. Aging takes place in medium toasted barriques for a period of one year.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections. It offers intense scents of red berried fruit and blackberries to the nose, with toasted aromas of licorice. In the mouth the taste is structured, with marked tannins but in perfect balance with the volume of the wine.
It goes wonderfully with grilled red meat, poultry and game dishes.
