Rosso IGP Marciliano - Cotarella is born in the rich and sunny lands of Umbria, a region known for the production of intense and characterful wines. This wine best expresses the balance between tradition and modernity, enhancing the typical local grape varieties, mainly Sangiovese, enriched by selected grapes that give complexity and depth.

The winemaking process involves careful fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by aging in oak barrels that give the wine an elegant structure and velvety tannins. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby red color, with aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a slight balsamic touch that makes it intriguing.

On the palate, the persistence is long and harmonious, with a freshness that invites the next sip. Ideal when paired with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Umbrian cuisine dishes, it is a perfect companion for convivial moments with an authentic character.
