Rosso Maremma DOC Ornello - Rocca di Frassinello is born in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, a terroir with a Mediterranean character that gives the wine a enveloping structure and an intense aromatic profile. This wine is the result of a careful selection of native and international grape varieties, grown on mineral-rich soils that enhance the complexity of the product. After fermentation, Ornello ages in oak barrels, a process that gives it elegance and softness, balancing the bouquet with spicy notes and ripe red fruit.



In the glass it shows a deep ruby color and a bouquet rich with scents of cherry, blackberry and subtle hints of tobacco and vanilla. On the palate it is harmonious, with silky tannins and a pleasant mineral persistence. It is perfect paired with red meats, traditional Tuscan dishes and aged cheeses, enhancing the conviviality and richness of the local cuisine.
