The Rosso Salento IGT from the Linea Morigine of Funiati Artigiani Viticoltori is born in the heart of Salento, a land renowned for its calcareous and clayey soils, ideal for cultivating native grape varieties with great character. This wine mainly enhances typical Apulian varieties, highlighting the territorial identity with an intense and enveloping expression.
The aging takes place in steel and, in part, in wooden barrels, to maintain both freshness and complexity. In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color, accompanied by a bouquet rich in ripe red fruits, light spicy notes, and balsamic hints that confer elegance. On the palate, it stands out for a balanced structure, velvety tannins, and a persistent finish, capable of telling the passion of this land. Perfect with flavorful first courses, roasted meats, or aged cheeses, it is a glass that celebrates the authentic spirit of Salento.
