The Rum LROK 2018 The Younger 3lt Hampden Estate is born in the heart of Jamaica, a region renowned for producing rum with an intense and complex character. Extracted from particularly selected sugar canes, this distillate represents one of the most authentic expressions of the Hampden style, known for its traditional and artisanal approach to distillation. The aging takes place in oak barrels that impart depth and richness to the organoleptic profile.

On the nose, it opens with vibrant notes of ripe tropical fruit, spicy hints of cloves and cinnamon, accompanied by an underlying scent of wet earth and dry wood. The sip is full-bodied, with a perfect union between the sweetness of molasses and a pronounced mineral, almost iron-like sapidity, typical of Jamaican rums produced with natural yeasts. Long spicy persistence and a slightly smoky aftertaste make it a complex and enveloping experience.

Ideal to enjoy neat or with an ice cube, this rum also performs excellently in sophisticated cocktails, where it best expresses its unique and recognizable personality. A true treasure for lovers of high-end distilled spirits.
