The Rum Saint James is born in the evocative region of the French Antilles, a territory rich in tradition in the production of sugarcane distillates. Made exclusively with selected molasses, this rum captures the essence of a volcanic terroir that gives complexity and character to the distillate. The aging process takes place in white oak barrels, where the Rum Saint James matures slowly, developing an extraordinary harmony between sweet and spicy notes.

On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruits, enriched by light hints of tobacco and toasted wood. On the palate, a soft and round structure emerges, with honeyed and spicy tones, and a persistent finish that recalls nutmeg and dark chocolate. It is an ideal distillate to taste neat or as a premium base for refined cocktails that enhance the elegance of Caribbean sugarcane.
