The Rum Select from the Bayou distillery is a spirit that embodies the essence of Caribbean tradition reinterpreted in the heart of Louisiana. This rum, produced with sugarcane grown in selected areas, represents a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the agricultural grape and the spicy notes typical of the distillates of the region.

The aging process takes place in American oak barrels, giving the rum a smooth structure and a bouquet rich in aromas: hints of vanilla, caramel, and a light touch of toasted oak blend with more delicate notes of dried fruit and warm spices, such as nutmeg and cinnamon.
