The Rum Single Farm Origin New Bacolet Upper Come Pot Still by Renegade is born from a single plantation located in the fertile lands of Tobago, an exotic corner that gives the distillate an extraordinary aromatic complexity. This rum is made exclusively from local molasses, fermented and then distilled using a pot still, a traditional method that enhances the purity and intensity of the flavors typical of the territory.

On the nose, it opens with scents of fresh sugarcane, ripe tropical fruit, and a delicate hint of vanilla, while on the palate it is soft and enveloping, with spicy notes and a persistent finish that recalls shades of toasted wood and burnt caramel. The aging process takes place in oak barrels, which help balance the structure without ever overpowering the natural elegance of the distillate.

Perfect to enjoy neat or with a cube of ice, this rum also lends itself splendidly as a base for refined cocktails, where its distinctive personality adds depth and character. An authentic expression of the Caribbean terroir, ideal for those seeking a rich and engaging sensory experience.
