The Saint-Péray "Les Sept Pierres" is a white wine that is born from the vineyards located in the French region of the Vallée du Rhône, known for its unique terroir and rich winemaking history. Produced with Marsanne and Roussanne grapes, this cuvée reveals the vintner's expertise in creating wines that fully express the character of the soil from which they originate.

The color of "Les Sept Pierres" is a bright yellow with golden reflections, which foreshadows the complexity and richness of the aromas. On the nose, notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as pear, and hints of minerality emerge, lending freshness. On the palate, the wine is balanced: the structure is enveloping and the flavors are persistent, with a lovely acidic streak that invites another sip.

This wine pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes, seafood, and soft cheeses. Additionally, it is an excellent candidate for aging, capable of evolving and gaining complexity over the years. "Les Sept Pierres" is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines elegance, power, and complexity.
