The Sake Chikumanishiki Kizan is born in the heart of Japanese tradition, from a careful selection of Chikumanishiki rice, grown in the fertile Japanese plains. This sake stands out for its purity and refinement, the result of meticulous fermentation that enhances the intrinsic qualities of the rice variety. The name “Kizan” evokes sacred mountains, a symbol of strength and greatness, qualities perceptible in the sip of this product.

On the nose, delicate floral scents open up, accompanied by light fruity notes of apple and pear, inviting a fresh and harmonious tasting. Its balanced structure presents a subtle sweetness, perfectly balanced by a pleasant acidity and a slightly umami finish, typical of the best sake tradition. The artisanal aging method in ceramic barrels preserves every aromatic nuance, giving a soft and enveloping texture.

This sake is ideal paired with raw fish dishes such as sashimi or sushi, but also pairs well with delicate vegetable or white meat dishes. An authentic experience, capable of transporting the taster to the heart of the Japanese territory.
