Sake Terada Honke Daigo no Shizuku is born in the Hyogo region, the historical heart of sake production in Japan, where tradition and innovation merge to create rice wines of the highest quality. Made with fine selected rice varieties, carefully polished to 50% of their original weight, this sake expresses a purity that invites a refined and intense sensory experience.

The fermentation process, expertly conducted by the skilled hands of the Terada Honke brewery, guarantees a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, enhancing delicate notes of white fruit and cherry blossoms. On the palate, Daigo no Shizuku is soft and silky, with a clean and persistent finish that reveals mineral nuances typical of the terroir. The aging, carried out under controlled conditions, helps maintain clarity and freshness, making every sip an invitation to contemplation.

Ideal served chilled, it elegantly accompanies delicate dishes based on raw fish or Japanese cuisine, enhancing their flavors without overpowering them. A sake that tells the story and passion of Terada Honke, perfect for moments of pleasant introspection and conviviality.
