Sant’Eustachio Sauvignon Nepis is a white wine by Giusti Wine, presented as Sauvignon and classified as Veneto IGT. Its name identifies a wine associated with a grape variety often linked to fragrant, lively profiles. Without specific tasting information, however, these traits are best treated as possible points of reference rather than a definitive description of the bottle. The geographical indication shown on the label is Veneto IGT. The product details do not specify a vintage, alcohol content, winemaking method or ageing, so its style cannot be described more precisely. A wine to consider if you are looking for a Sauvignon-based white, taking the essential information provided by the producer as your guide.

At the table, it can accompany simple dishes and delicate preparations: vegetables, light starters, fish or white meats are pairings worth trying, depending on the recipe and the intensity of the seasoning. It can be served chilled, while also following the guidance on the label. Its Sauvignon-based character suits an informal aperitif or an everyday meal, when you want a white wine to share without building the pairing around unverified tasting notes. To appreciate its actual characteristics, it is useful to taste it in the glass and bear in mind that vintage and serving conditions can affect perception.
