The Sauternes produced by Chateau Gravas is a French sweet wine of excellent quality, renowned for its rich aromatic complexity and velvety palate. The vineyards of Chateau Gravas are located in a privileged area of the Bordeaux region, where the microclimate favors the formation of "Botrytis cinerea," a noble mold that allows for extraordinarily concentrated grapes.

This Sauternes presents itself with an intense golden yellow color. On the nose, intense aromas of candied fruit, acacia honey, and light notes of sweet spices like vanilla and cinnamon immediately emerge. On the palate, the wine is luxuriously sweet, without being cloying, thanks to a balanced acidity that cleanses the palate and invites another sip.

An ideal companion for foie gras or desserts like crème brûlée, this wine can also be surprisingly paired with blue cheeses. It is recommended to taste it at a temperature of about 8-10°C to best appreciate all its nuances.
