Il Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Doks - Niklas comes from one of the most suitable zones of the South Tyrolean territory, where the cool climate and the temperature difference between day and night contribute to developing intense aromas and a vibrant acidity. Obtained from carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine expresses an aromatic character typical of the variety, with fresh notes of grapefruit, freshly cut grass, and hints of tropical fruits. The aging takes place in steel, thus preserving the purity and brightness of the fruit.

On the palate, the Doks presents a balanced structure and a pleasant minerality, accompanied by a persistent and delicately savory finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it gracefully accompanies dishes based on fish, shellfish, and seasonal salads, enhancing their freshness without overpowering them. A Sauvignon from Alto Adige that interprets with elegance and immediacy the expression of its terroir.
