Pighin's Sauvignon Collio is a varietal and lively wine that is fresh and easy to drink, both on the nose and on the palate. Production takes place through fermentation at a controlled temperature and subsequent maturation in steel tanks. This wine offers a splendid expression of the terroir of origin, making it suitable even for the most delicate palates.

The color is a straw yellow with light greenish reflections. On the nose, it is fresh and fragrant, with fruity notes of peach and hints of aromatic herbs such as thyme and tarragon. In the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied, supported by good acidity and characterized by an equally appreciable length.
