In the heart of Alto Adige, the Schiava Alto Adige DOC Sonntaler Alte Reben - Cortaccia from Cantina Cortaccia embodies the elegance and freshness typical of this native variety. Cultivated on historic vineyards, the "old vines" contribute to developing a ripe yet delicate fruit, enhancing the typical lightness and fine tannic structure of Schiava. The Cortaccia area, with its Alpine climate tempered by Mediterranean influences, gives this red a vibrant acidity and a complex aromatic profile.

In the glass, it shows a light ruby color, with notes of cherry, strawberry, and light floral hints intertwined with subtle spicy nuances. The taste is harmonious, fresh, and smooth, ideal for accompanying traditional Alto Adige dishes such as canederli and light meats. The aging in steel preserves the purity and gustatory tension, making this Schiava a refined and sincere example of its territory of origin.

A versatile and authentic wine, capable of telling the genuineness of its land and grape variety.
