The Sherry Fino del Puerto Gonzales Obregon by Lustau is born in the renowned Jerez de la Frontera area, the heart of Sherry production in Spain. This wine stands out for its main grape variety, Palomino, which imparts freshness and delicacy to the product, highlighting the salty and mineral air typical of the territory. Aged under a layer of “velo de flor” in oak barrels, this method protects the wine from oxidation and gives it a fresh and fragrant character, with a complex bouquet intertwining notes of bitter almond, yeast, and a subtle marine accent.

On the palate it is dry, light, and lively, with an impeccable balance between acidity and savoriness, perfect for accompanying tapas, fresh fish dishes, or shellfish. Its structure is delicate but persistent, ideal for those who enjoy stimulating the palate with a refined and intriguing wine. The 50 cl format makes this Sherry even more versatile, perfect for an elegant aperitif or a casual tasting moment, enhancing without excess the winemaking tradition of Jerez.
