The Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Limited Edition Brut - Fontanafredda is born in the Piedmont hills, a unique terroir where the pedoclimatic marginality gives the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes a distinctive and refined character.

This classic method stands out for a long secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by prolonged aging on the lees, which enhances the aromatic complexity and structure of the product. Visually, it presents a very fine and persistent perlage, with a bright straw yellow color.

On the nose, it expresses intense scents of white-fleshed fruit, fresh citrus, and a delicate note of bread crust, a sign of maturation in the bottle. On the palate, it reveals a perfect balance between freshness, sapidity, and a vibrant acidity, with an elegant and persistent finish.

It is ideal with fish-based appetizers, delicate risottos, and gourmet cuisine dishes, representing a symbol of Italian sparkling wine excellence.
