The Spumante Brut Millesimato Riserva Pinot Nero Filanda Rosé by Bortolomiol represents an excellence in the Italian sparkling wine craft, produced with meticulously harvested Pinot Nero grapes from the best vintages. This reserve cuvée stands out for its refinement and qualitative rigor, born in the enchanting context of the Treviso hills, a region renowned for its quality winemaking.

The Filanda Rosé presents itself with a pale pink color, almost pearlescent, which precedes a complex and seductive olfactory bouquet. Notes of small red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, blend with floral nuances and subtle touches of bread crust, resulting from an exquisite yeast aging process that lasts for at least 36 months.

On the palate, this sparkling wine exhibits vibrant freshness, balanced by a soft and enveloping structure that leaves a sensation of elegant persistence. The effervescence is subtle and well-integrated, caressing the palate in a delicately persistent way.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Filanda Rosé by Bortolomiol is also a perfect companion for raw fish dishes, beef carpaccio, and medium-aged cheeses. Its versatility makes it an excellent companion for celebrating special occasions or for elevating a social moment with a touch of class.

If you are looking for a sparkling wine that embodies elegance, tradition, and innovation, the Brut Millesimato Riserva Pinot Nero Filanda Rosé by Bortolomiol will undoubtedly be a choice that surprises and delights the most refined palates.
