Spumante Cava Rosé Brut - Palau Gazo is born in one of the most well-suited areas of Catalonia, where the traditional grape variety expresses itself with elegance and freshness. This cava is made with selected grapes, often predominantly varieties such as Pinot Noir or Trepat, which give this rosé a delicate and inviting pale pink color. The classic method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, produces a fine and persistent foam, accompanied by a lively and refined perlage. On the nose, delicate notes of small red fruits, like wild strawberries and cherries, enriched by floral hints and a slight mineral spiciness appear. On the palate, the well-balanced acidity supports the freshness, with a clean and harmonious finish that leaves a pleasant fruity sensation. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light fish dishes and shellfish, this Cava Rosé Brut embodies the refinement of the Catalan territory.
