Kapovolto by Movia is a unique sparkling wine in the Slovenian wine scene, produced in the Österreichische Steiermark region, on the border with Italy. This wine is part of the local denomination, an expression of a territory that boasts ancient winemaking traditions and an ideal microclimate for the cultivation of native and international grape varieties. Kapovolto is born from a skillful selection of white grapes including the traditional Ribolla Gialla, which imparts freshness and minerality, key elements of this traditional method.

The bottle aging with slow foam formation allows the development of fine and persistent perlage, which combines with a complex bouquet of floral, fruity notes and a delicate sapidity. On the palate, it is elegant, with good acidity and a balanced body, ideal to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, and shellfish. Kapovolto is not just a toast, but a sensory journey that embodies the historical vocation and the innovative soul of the Movia winery, a milestone in wine production in the region.
