The Spumante Metodo Classico Cuvee Brut by Francesco Bellei represents the refined elegance of Italian bubbles. Produced with selected grapes typical of the production area, this sparkling wine embodies the tradition and art of fine sparkling winemaking. The classic method, or bottle fermentation, gives the wine a complex structure and a persistent fine perlage, enhancing freshness and liveliness.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of fresh fruit, such as green apple and citrus, enriched by delicate floral notes and hints of bread crust, typical of aging on the lees. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, with good acidity that makes it versatile for pairing, ideal with seafood appetizers, fish dishes, and delicate white meats. The Magnum bottle, complemented by the elegant case, makes it a refined choice even for special occasions, where the pleasure of sparkling wine is celebrated at its highest expression.
