The Spumante Romagna Novebolle DOC - Vigneti Romio is born in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, in an area known for its hilly soils and temperate climate, ideal for the cultivation of selected grapes. This sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and brilliance, achieved through a careful blend of native varieties, enhanced by a strict refermentation method that gives a lively effervescence and a creamy foam.

In the glass, it presents a light straw-yellow color, dotted with fine and persistent bubbles. The delicate bouquet opens with fruity notes of green apple and pear, accompanied by light floral hints and yeast aromas that tell the story of the aging process. On the palate, it is harmonious, lively, with a perfect balance between acidity and body, inviting sip after sip.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and fresh cheeses, enhancing every convivial moment with its elegance and lightness.
