The Spumante Rose’ Brut Metodo Classico Trento DOC by Raeticus is born in a unique mountainous area, characterized by high altitudes and mineral-rich soils, ideal for the cultivation of pinot noir, the main grape variety of this refined sparkling wine. Through the traditional bottle refermentation, this metodo classico develops a fine and persistent perlage that gently caresses the palate.

In the glass, it appears with a bright light pink color, while on the nose it reveals fresh aromas of small red fruits, like wild strawberries and raspberry, combined with floral hints and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, it shows an elegant balance between lively acidity and softness, with a persistent and harmonious finish that invites another sip.

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes and light white meats, this Trento DOC authentically expresses the personality of the alpine territory combined with the oenological art of Raeticus.
