The Spumante Rosé Trento DOC Metodo Classico from Cantina di Trento is born in the heart of Trentino, a land suited for the cultivation of grape varieties that give the wines an elegant and fresh character. Produced mainly with Pinot Nero grapes, expertly crafted according to the Metodo Classico, this sparkling wine releases delicate notes of red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by a pleasant minerality typical of the mountainous territory. The long aging on the lees imparts complexity and a creamy texture, resulting in a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses itself with an enveloping bouquet, while on the palate it shows balance, with vibrant freshness and a harmonious finish. Ideal for celebratory moments, this sparkling wine pairs splendidly with delicate appetizers, fish, and crustacean dishes, gracefully enhancing every bite.
