The Spumante Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut DOCG of Trèser is born in the heart of the hills of Valdobbiadene, a unique territory for the cultivation of the Glera grape, long a symbol of quality Prosecco. This Spumante expresses all the freshness and elegance that characterize the denomination, thanks to a careful selection of grapes and meticulous winemaking.

The Charmat method gives the wine a fine and persistent perlage, while the aging in steel preserves the intensity of floral and fruity aromas, with hints of green apple, wildflowers, and a delicate minerality. On the palate it is lively, balanced, and well-structured, with a pleasant acidic note that makes it extremely versatile.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the nuances of each bite without overpowering them. A true jewel of the Treviso hills to be savored slowly and attentively.

Winery history
The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations.
