Tequila Añejo 70cl - Fortaleza is born in the heart of the Tequila region, Jalisco, where the blue Weber agave matures under the Mexican sun for at least seven years, ensuring a superior quality raw material. This distillate is produced with traditional methods, including the cooking of the piñas in steam stone ovens and spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, elements that provide complexity and richness to the final liquid.

The long aging in American oak barrels, lasting a minimum of one year, gives the tequila a beautiful amber hue and an intense aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of vanilla, caramel, spices, and a touch of toasted wood. On the palate, it reveals a balanced structure, soft yet full-bodied, with pleasant citrus hints and light touches of toasted dried fruit.

Perfect to enjoy neat to catch every nuance of its refined character, this Tequila Añejo pairs excellently with more complex Mexican cuisine dishes, braised meats, or dark chocolate desserts, enhancing every pairing with its enveloping and profound nature.
