The Toscana IGT Vermentino from La Pettegola, produced by the renowned Banfi winery, represents an oenological excellence of the Tuscan hills. This wine is made from Vermentino grapes grown in a dedicated terroir, where the Mediterranean climate and well-drained soils enhance the freshness and minerality of the variety. The aging takes place in steel to preserve the aromatic intensity and liveliness of the wine, which shows a bright straw yellow color.

On the nose, it opens with citrus scents of lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by floral notes and light herbal sensations. The palate confirms its elegance, thanks to a balanced structure, vibrant acidity, and a pleasantly savory finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, and Mediterranean salads, enhancing their freshness with its harmonious and refined character.
