Toscana IGT is an organic still red wine with no added sulphites, produced from 100% Sangiovese vines grown at an altitude of 450 m above sea level, on medium-textured soils with a prevalence of galestro and clay.

The exposure of the farm is south-east, the grapes are harvested at the beginning of October and are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where they also carry out the malolactic fermentation in a natural way.

The refinement is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 10 months, and continues in the bottle for two months.

When poured, the color is an intense ruby red, with nuanced violet reflections.
On the nose the aroma is intense, direct and vinous. The opening has very intense hints of ripe cherries which extends with bloody notes.

In the mouth it is crunchy and fresh, with vibrant and young tannins, but ripe, full-bodied and well balanced. The taste-olfactory persistence is very good, with a return of aromas of red fruits.

It goes perfectly with platters of aged cheeses, grilled or baked red meat.
