The vinification of Trebbiano D'Abruzzo is carried out at a controlled temperature, with aging in stainless steel, where it ages for about 5 months.
A great classic that shows itself at the sight of a bright straw yellow color. It opens to the nose with vegetable and herbaceous scents, accompanied by fruity notes of golden apple and white peach. The taste is aromatic and round, medium-bodied, supported by a saline sip and the right acidity.
It is recommended to sip it as an aperitif or to accompany vegetable quiches and vegetarian appetizers, fish-based first and second courses.
