The grape harvest takes place starting from the second half of September. After the harvest, it follows delicate crushing and pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (15 ° C) for about 10-15 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is conquered by the fruity aromas of ripe apple and pear, pleasantly blended with delicate floral aromas of white wildflowers and aromatic herbs.
A white that immediately conquers for its freshness and persistence on the palate, with a slightly almond finish to be savored. A very versatile wine, ideal for all tastes and which on the table goes perfectly with numerous recipes: from legume soups to velvety, passing through risotto, fish first courses or with not too elaborate sauces, seafood, grilled blue fish , courses of fish au gratin and cooked or raw seafood appetizers, as well as medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif.
