The Trento DOC Blanc de Blancs Millesimato Brut by Man Spumanti is born in the enchanting Trentino lands, a territory renowned for the production of high-quality sparkling wines. This Metodo Classico is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected to enhance the elegance and freshness typical of this variety. The prolonged aging on the lees gives the wine a valuable complexity, characterized by delicate hints of bread crust, almond, and fresh fruit.



The color presents a brilliant straw-yellow with greenish reflections, while the nose stands out with fruity notes of apple and citrus, enriched by elegant floral aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and lively, with a fine perlage that envelops the taste, granting persistence and pleasure. Thanks to its balanced structure and acidity, it is an excellent accompaniment for seafood appetizers, raw fish, and dishes based on fresh cheeses.
