The Trento DOC Rosè Brut by Man Spumanti embodies the elegance of Alpine bubbles, born from a skillful selection of Pinot Nero grapes grown on the hills of Trentino. This sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and finesse, achieved through the classic method of bottle fermentation, which gives it a fine and persistent perlage.

The light pink color anticipates a fragrant bouquet, where delicate notes of wild berries, cherry, and hints of bread crust emerge, typical elements of a well-balanced aging on lees. On the palate, it is balanced, with a lively acidity that enhances its drinkability and a light yet distinct structure.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Trento DOC Rosè Brut pairs beautifully with fish dishes, white meats, and refined cuisine, offering a fresh and engaging sensory experience, an authentic representation of the winemaking traditions of the Trentino region.

Man Spumanti – Winery in Trentino (Val di Cembra)

Discover the story and wines of Man Spumanti.

Small family-run winery from Val di Cembra (Trentino) specializing in Trentodoc made with Metodo Classico, based on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Region: Trentino (Val di Cembra)
Country: Italia
Founded: 2012
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero
Exclusive Trentodoc production using the Traditional Method. Main grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Terroir: Val di Cembra, wines with a strong mineral and mountain character. Brand run by the couple Mattia and Anita. Initial commercial launches: first disgorgements in 2021; range expansion in 2022–2023.
Winery history
The MAN project began in 2012 as an initiative by Mattia and Anita. After years of refinement, the first bottles were disgorged in 2021. In subsequent years the range expanded with the Blanc de Noirs and the Riserva Nature.
Production philosophy
Pursuit of the "truth" of the bubbles through careful vineyard work, respect for the territory and minimal winemaking in accordance with the Metodo Classico regulations. Some house labels are disgorged without the addition of liqueur d'expedition to highlight the dolomitic, mineral character of the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Val di Cembra: soils rich in porphyry, boulders and pebbles with calcareous components and sand. The vineyards are located at mountain elevations; the Chardonnay used for some bottlings comes from vines at around 600 m above sea level.
