The Trentodoc Prenzep Brut, produced by the Prenzep winery, is an excellence of sparkling wine craftsmanship from the province of Trento, a region renowned for its vocation for classic method wine production. Made primarily with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this sparkling wine ages long on the lees, achieving a refined balance between freshness and complexity.

Visually, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, with a bright light straw color. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, accompanied by hints of bread crust and almond, an expression of the long aging. On the palate, it confirms its elegance, with a lively acidity that gives energy, balanced by a pleasant sapidity and a clean, harmonious finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish appetizers, shellfish, and dishes based on fresh vegetables, enhancing their delicacy without overpowering them. A toast to Trentino tradition that highlights the terroir and artisanal knowledge.
