Urfé Blanc Aligoté La Côte is born in the heart of the Franche-Comté, a land renowned for excellent viticulture. This white wine, made exclusively from the Aligoté grape variety, expresses the purity and freshness typical of the Côte de Jura terroir. Vincent Giraudon and Romain Paire follow an artisanal approach, enhancing the peculiarities of the limestone soil and carefully tended vines. The wine stands out for its liveliness and clarity, with delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a mineral hint reminiscent of the calcareous structure. On the palate, it is bright, with a marked acidity well balanced by a slight roundness, which gives a pleasant persistence. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes of fish, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, Urfé Blanc Aligoté La Côte is a glass that tells the authentic and surprising character of the French Jura.
