The Valdobbiadene Superiore Cartizze DOCG - Arzanà by Astoria is a jewel of winemaking from the historic territory of the Prosecco hills, precisely in the renowned Cartizze area. This sparkling wine stands out for its refinement and elegance, the result of a meticulous vinification process driven by the passion and experience of Astoria Winery.

The Valdobbiadene Superiore Cartizze DOCG - Arzanà presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that hints at its excellent quality. On the nose, it opens with an intensely aromatic bouquet, where fragrances of green apple, white peach, and delicate floral touches of wisteria and acacia are recognizable, completed by a slight hint of almond.

On the palate, the wine reveals itself as balanced and harmonious, with a freshness that perfectly dances with a soft structure and well-balanced sweetness. The aftertaste is long and pleasantly fruity, leaving a lingering sensation that invites another sip.

Ideal as an elegant aperitif, the Valdobbiadene Superiore Cartizze DOCG - Arzanà by Astoria pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as delicate desserts like fine pastries or fresh fruit.

This sparkling wine is an exemplar of how Astoria Winery, with its dedication and attention to detail, manages to interpret one of Italy's most prestigious terroirs, offering a unique and memorable sensory experience.
