"Valpolicella Superiore DOC - Monte Zovo" is a refined expression of the Venetian terroir, showcasing a perfect harmony between tradition and innovation. Produced by the renowned Monte Zovo winery, this red wine is the result of a meticulous selection of native grapes, primarily Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, cultivated in the fertile valleys of Valpolicella.

The "Valpolicella Superiore DOC" stands out for its winemaking process, which follows strict quality standards. After harvest, the grapes undergo a brief period of drying, which gives the wine a greater concentration of aromas and a more complex structure. Subsequently, the wine matures in oak barrels for at least 12 months, followed by further refinement in the bottle.

To the eye, the "Valpolicella Superiore DOC" presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it releases a rich and persistent bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and blackberries, enriched with hints of spices, vanilla, and a slight touch of tobacco. On the palate, it is velvety and well-balanced, with pleasant acidity and soft tannins that lead to a long and satisfying finish.

Ideal as an accompaniment to robust dishes like grilled red meats, rich stews, and aged cheeses, the "Valpolicella Superiore DOC - Monte Zovo" elevates any table with its charisma and elegance. A true treasure to discover, suitable for special occasions or as a refined gift for lovers of high-quality Italian wines.
