Vin de Constance 50cl - Klein Constantia is born in the renowned wine region of Constantia, South Africa, famous for producing sweet wines of exceptional quality. It is a passito made primarily from Muscat de Frontignan grapes, grown on soils rich in skeleton and clay, which give the wine a unique structure. After late harvesting, the grapes undergo careful natural drying that concentrates the sugars, while the fermentation takes place slowly to preserve the typical aromas. The result is a wine with an intense amber color, with enveloping scents of dried apricot, honey, orange blossom, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is balanced, with refined sweetness supported by a pleasant acidity, making the drink fresh and persistent. Perfect as a pairing with desserts based on dried fruit, blue cheeses, or simply for meditation, Vin de Constance embodies the tradition and elegance of a historic designation.
