The Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brûlées from Domaine d'Eugénie is a true jewel of the Côtes de Nuits, the beating heart of Burgundy. Made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, it expresses the elegance and complexity typical of the Vosne-Romanée appellation, renowned for its wines rich in structure and finesse.

The Aux Brûlées parcel, located on limestone-clay soil, gives the wine an extraordinary minerality, accompanied by notes of ripe red fruits and earthy nuances, enriched by subtle spicy hints due to aging in oak barrels. The winemaking process, careful and respectful of tradition, allows preserving the aromatic expressiveness and tannic softness, offering a broad and persistent bouquet.

Perfect with dishes based on red meats and game, this Premier Cru presents itself as a refined sensory experience, capable of telling the unique terroir of Vosne-Romanée with balance and depth.
