The Whisky 1999 21 yo Bordeaux Finish by Edradour represents an artisanal excellence from the Scottish Highlands, where tradition and refinement meet with elegance. Distilled in 1999, this single malt has spent twenty-one years maturing, including a crucial phase in Bordeaux oak barrels, giving it a unique aromatic complexity. The Edradour region, famous for its favorable microclimate and purest water, imparts a rare organoleptic purity to the spirit, while the long aging in red wine barrels adds an elegant layer of soft tannins and intense fruity notes.

On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits open up, such as cherry and currant, accompanied by delicate spices and hints of vanilla and toasted wood. On the palate, a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness emerges, with recalls of cassis, bitter cocoa, and a light note of white pepper closing the sip with a persistent and enveloping finish. This whisky pairs successfully with game dishes, dark chocolate, or aged cheeses, enhancing the richness of flavors and offering an unforgettable tasting experience.
