The Whisky Edradour 1999 22 yo Sherry Finish is born in the small but renowned Edradour distillery, located in the Scottish Highlands, famous for the artisanal production of elegant single malts rich in character.

Distilled in 1999, this whisky has matured for a full 22 years, with a final refinement in sherry casks that gives the spirit an enveloping and complex personality. The return to sherry wood offers intense notes of red fruits, sweet spices, and rhubarb, softened by the unmistakable complexity of winey and woody notes. The body is full, with a refined balance between sweetness and a slight tannic touch, reminiscent of toasted nuts and dark chocolate aromas.

The result is a deeply expressive single malt, ideal for those who love to explore spirits rich in history and flavor. Excellent to enjoy neat at the end of a meal, it also pairs well with aged cheeses or desserts based on dried fruit and spices, fully enhancing the complexity of its territorial and artisanal character.
