The Whisky Blended Peat Chimney of Wemyss is a distillate that embodies the richness and tradition of the Scottish lands, precisely from the regions where peat imparts character and depth to the distillate. This expertly crafted blend unites different expressions of whisky with a peaty undertone, typical of the northern coastal areas, capable of giving the product an intense and persistent aromatic complexity.

On the nose, smoky notes of peat emerge accompanied by sweet hints of vanilla, honey, and light spices, preparing for a balanced sip, where the warmth of malt grappa blends with sensations of dried fruit and a slight salty aftertaste. The careful aging in oak barrels enhances the structure of the blend, ensuring a long and harmonious finish.

Ideal as a companion for moments of meditation or after a rich meal, it pairs well with aged cheeses and smoked meats, enhancing their complexity with its robust and refined personality.
