The Whisky Single Grain Glenrothes 2009 HHD is an elegant and refined spirit, coming from one of the most esteemed Scottish distilleries in Speyside. Made entirely from selected grains, it stands out for its finesse and smoothness, distinctive characteristics of grain whiskies. The maturation takes place in carefully chosen oak casks, which impart notes of vanilla, honey, and light fruity hints, with touches of caramel and almond. On the nose, it opens with delicate and enveloping scents, while on the palate it reveals itself as velvety, balanced, and persistent, leaving a sweet and harmonious trail. Ideally enjoyed neat, it can accompany moments of relaxation or be paired with light desserts such as vanilla creams or almond cakes, enhancing its smoothness without overpowering it. A spirit that gracefully expresses the refinement of the Speyside territory and the artisanal mastery of Glenrothes.
