The Whisky Single Grain The Octave Range Macallan 1991, 31-year-old reserve, is a true treasure for refined spirit lovers. Coming from one of the most prestigious Scottish distilleries, Macallan, this single grain whisky stands out for its particularly long aging, which imparts unique complexity and depth to the product.

The maturation takes place in oak barrels, probably of European and American origin, often used by Macallan to enhance warm and enveloping notes such as vanilla, sweet spices, and slight hints of dried fruits. The result is an elegant aromatic profile, rich in nuances that slowly reveal themselves in the glass, with a refined balance between sweetness and tannic structure.

The limited edition production and the careful selection of barrels make it an ideal whisky for contemplation to be enjoyed alone or with quality dark chocolate. An unforgettable meeting with the history and art of Scottish whisky.
