The Whisky Single Malt Peatheart of Ancnoc comes from Scottish distilleries, known for its authentic expression of the Highlands territory. Made exclusively with malted barley and pure water, this single malt stands out for the intense peaty character that emerges thanks to the special processing of the malt and the slow maturation in oak barrels. The name “Peatheart” evokes precisely the peaty heart that is clearly perceived on the nose and palate, where aromas of smoke, smoked wood, and herbal notes reminiscent of the wet pastures of the moors explode. The patient aging guarantees a balance between the strength of the peat and the vanilla softness, with a persistent and slightly spicy finish. This whisky is ideal for those who love single malts with a strong character, perfect to enjoy in moments of contemplation or with dishes based on smoked meat and aged cheeses.
