The Whisky Single Malt Vintage 2007 Bourbon Selected of Ancnoc is born in the evocative Scottish Highlands, where tradition and artisanal care merge to create a distillate of great elegance. Produced exclusively with malted barley, this whisky stands out for an aging in American bourbon barrels, which gives the distillate softness and intense vanilla notes.

On the nose, it opens with fresh notes of honey, citrus, and a delicate touch of toasted wood, balanced by fruity and oak nuances. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious and round structure, with persistent spicy accents and a pleasantly sweet and enveloping finish. Thanks to its versatility, it pairs excellently with both creamy desserts and aged cheeses, making it a refined and rewarding sensory experience for connoisseurs and newcomers alike.

A whisky with an authentic character, telling the story of its territory of origin through every sip.
