Ymeshu Prune by Asahara is a Japanese liqueur that expresses the artisanal tradition and elegance of the Japanese territory. Made through a slow infusion of ume, the typical Japanese plums, in a fine distillate, it reveals an intense concentrate of fruity aromas, with a soft and enveloping taste. The maceration process allows the extraction of sweet and slightly acidic notes, which give this Ymeshu a perfect balance between freshness and persistence.

The organoleptic complexity is enriched by hints of almond and honey, which gently intertwine with the natural liveliness of the plum. Ideal as a digestif, Ymeshu Prune stimulates the palate and elegantly completes a Japanese or fusion meal, enhancing flavors such as raw fish, spicy dishes, and light meats. A product that tells the food and wine culture of Japan through a refined liqueur, with a unique and captivating style.
